I love this eyeliner. I always have an issue with eyeliner smudging, but this one does not have that problem! I love it!
IF you have that issue, you should definitely try it. It is $16, but well worth it!

Nothing worse than smudged eyeliner which I constantly struggle with. Bookmarking this for the future. Thanks for sharing.
Oh my gosh my eye liner smudges all the time too. So annoying. I will totally look into this one. I am in the market for a good one.
